Challenge

Bovis wanted to move beyond traditional property marketing that focuses solely on specifications and selling points; they needed to communicate the emotional value of their development, the sense of lifestyle, belonging, and connection it offers to real people.

Solution

We told the story of a young family settling into life in their new home. Through calm, observational filming and an unscripted approach, we captured authentic moments of everyday life, from playing in the garden to walking the dog through nearby green spaces.

The result was a warm, relatable video that allowed viewers to see themselves in the story, helping Bovis build trust, tap into emotion, and connect with their audience on a more human level.
