Knowing a product is easy to use, and setup is critical when considering changing your daily workflows, especially in science settings. This is a key reason why CN Bio wanted to create an unboxing mini-series to show off the setup and use of their PhysioMimix® Core System. Supporting CN Bio, we produced an 8-episode series from unboxing to end-to-end use of the system and even scaling the PhysioMimix® Core System workflow into your laboratory.

Challenge
CN Bio’s audience needed confidence that if they were to use this product, it would be simple, improve their research and most importantly, not be a big disruption to their current workflow. Internally, CN Bio are aware that science and technology brands can be less human and lacking some personality, which was another aspect to address as part of this series.
Solution
This series idea started with Joe Parisi, Sales Director at CN Bio, being challenged by a client suggesting, ‘If this product is so easy to set up and use, you do it!’ Joe, with zero organ-on-a-chip experiment experience, was very quick to oblige, and the series was born.
