A strategy session with Define is a collaborative workshop between our fabulous strategists and your team.
Our workshops are a great way to get a new perspective on your business, brand or specific problem – with critical and constructive feedback to allow you to move forward confidently and quickly.
Our facilitator will guide you through a series of exercises (mental exercises… don’t panic 😅) aimed at addressing your business problem and identifying insights into how to proceed past your challenges.
We use open ended questions to get your team thinking creatively, collaboratively allowing what is most important to your team to naturally present itself. All the while enjoying a smorgasbord of biscuits, coffee and tea.
This will vary depending on the type of session. In most cases a thorough analysis document including all the important information raised in the session – refined, categorised and prioritised.
We always ensure you and your team are left with a clear direction to approach the challenges raised with actionable advice on the best opportunities going forward.
