At the Dotmatics Summit 2025, the goal was to capture the energy, insights, and connections that made the day special. From the big stage moments to smaller breakout sessions, speaker testimonials, and candid behind-the-scenes shots, everything was filmed and photographed to give Dotmatics a rich library of content to use across marketing, internal comms, and future events.

Challenge

With so much happening across different spaces and formats, the challenge was making sure everything important was captured and captured well, without disrupting the flow of the event. Talks and sessions were running at the same time, lighting and sound conditions varied from room to room, and there were a lot of moving parts to keep on track. Access to live sound wasn’t always guaranteed.

Solution

To keep everything running smoothly and make sure nothing was missed, a focused media team worked across all areas of the event. The main stage was filmed from multiple angles to allow for dynamic and flexible edits, while each breakout room had its own camera and sound setup to capture sessions clearly.

A dedicated space was set up for testimonials, giving speakers and attendees a quiet, well-lit spot to share their thoughts on the day. Meanwhile, highlight footage, candid B-roll, and photography helped bring the overall atmosphere to life.

Altogether, it meant Dotmatics walked away with a complete, polished set of visuals that captured the spirit and success of the summit.
