Edelweiss Pianos approached Define Creative to produce a John Lewis–inspired campaign film that would capture the heart, warmth, and legacy of their brand. The goal was to tell a story that resonated emotionally, showcasing the piano as a meaningful gift without feeling like a traditional product advert.

Challenge

Bringing The Ultimate Gift to life required assembling the perfect crew, from camera operators and lighting specialists to stylists and models, to capture both elegance and emotion. A major complexity was working with child actors, which introduced strict safety, scheduling, and logistical considerations. Coordinating everyone while maintaining creative quality and efficiency was the core challenge of the shoot.

Solution

To bring Edelweiss’ vision to life, we produced a three-minute campaign film that captured the piano’s elegance and the emotional story of gifting. Alongside the main film, we created multiple social media cuts and key campaign photography to maximize reach and versatility. Every detail from lighting and camera work to working safely and effectively with child actors was meticulously planned. The final film now shines as a centerpiece inside Edelweiss showrooms in Harrods London, New York, and Los Angeles, giving audiences an immersive brand experience.
